WALL MODULES
The wall modules are prefabricated to a high degree yet still provide ample room for your own planning. Our flatpacks made of fully load bearing CLT are highly prefabricated wall elements that offer scope for your individual planning. Different construction and facade variants make it possible to respond to all heat, sound and fire protection requirements for buildings.
The length and height of the walls as well as the position of the window and door openings can be freely selected. You can determine the interior of the ceiling and roof elements according to your expectations. You can choose between different versions made of natural wood or a planking with sheetrock.
The only firmly specified part is the wall construction (build-up), because in this respect, the standardized, industrially produced flat packs have a clear advantage. PLUG AND PLAY!
CEILING AND ROOFS
Ceilings and Roofs are made of fully load-bearing cross-laminated-timber (CLT). You can determine the interior of the ceiling and roof elements according to your expectations. You can choose between different versions made of natural wood or a planking with plasterboard.
